Refund Policy
Refunds for Nanny placements: Subject to the conditions below, if a permanent Employee leaves their employment within six weeks, the following refunds will be given provided that a suitable replacement cannot be found:
1 – 14 days from the agreed commencement date – 60% refund
15 – 28 days from the agreed commencement date – 40% refund
29 – 42 days from the agreed commencement date - 25% refund
If the Client chooses not to accept a suitable replacement no refund will be due.
If the applicant leaves after 6 weeks have elapsed, no refund will be due
Refund Policy for all categories
A refund will only be made provided:
a) The agency fee has been paid within ten days of date of invoice.
b) The Employer gives written notification of termination of employment within seven days.
c) The Employee has not left due to unreasonable conditions or conditions greatly different from those stated in the job description given to the Agency by the Employee.
d) Any outstanding salary / pocket money has been paid to the Applicant
Please note that any refund may be subject to a deduction if monies are owing to your employee.
In the event of the Employee failing to take up employment, the Agency will endeavour to find a suitable replacement, failing which, the fee will be repaid in full.
