Bibi has been a fantastic au pair for the HILL family. She arrived September 1st 2019 and left on June 12th 2020. She was due to leave at the end of July but I was worried about her being able to get home so suggested she should leave earlier. We were very sad to see her go but I am happy to know she is back with her family in Germany and not caught in the UK without a way home. It is such a shame that Bibi didn't get to see more of the UK in her last few months but she has been a great Covid-19 lockdown companion. We miss you Bibi!...

Our has been an incredible au pair. She is full of love, positivity and high energy. My 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son love her - playing games, doing puzzles, arts and crafts. She helped us immensely during the lockdown period and will always be part of the family - we love her and we wish she could stay with us for longer....

Just to let you know our au pair Anne departed early in March 2020 as the onset of lockdown began and will not be returning to the UK. She was a great au pair and we were sorry she had to leave but totally understood her reasons for this....

I found the services of Childcare International invaluable at the time of sourcing our au pairs. I used these services successfully on around 16 occasions whilst my children were growing up (between the ages of 4 and 13) - having had au pairs that stayed mainly six months at a time, and a couple for about a year. This service and support really worked well for us and our au pairs are still in touch even now - we feel like we have an extended family.
